These terms apply to this website. They do not govern any agreement between Still Velocity, Inc. and a partner, investor, employee or contractor — those are separate signed documents and they take precedence over anything here.

What this site is

This site describes what Still Velocity is building. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to sell securities, a solicitation of an investment, a medical or regulatory claim, or advice of any kind.

Forward-looking statements

Parts of this site describe intentions, designs and work in progress rather than completed results. Where a capability is a design target rather than a measured outcome, we say so on the page. Research programmes do not always work. Anything described here as planned, in progress or expected may change, take longer, or not happen at all.

Scientific claims

Where we describe what our engine can and cannot do, we state the limits alongside the results. Retrospective results against published data are labelled as such, and are not a claim of clinical performance. No product described on this site is approved by any regulator for any use.

Product names, company names and trademarks belonging to others are used only to identify those products and companies. Their use does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship, in either direction, except where a relationship is described explicitly and in terms.

The text, graphics, data visualisations and code on this site belong to Still Velocity, Inc. unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
