What we collect, and what we do with it

Still Velocity, Inc. runs this website. This notice covers the personal information this site collects. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version

The only personal information we collect is what you type into the contact form. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not advertise with it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the two services named below that are needed to deliver the message.

What the contact form collects

When you submit the form on our contact page, we receive:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• the type of enquiry you selected (partner, investor, career, advisor or general);
• the message you wrote.

Every field is one you filled in yourself. We do not ask for, and the form does not capture, any other information about you.

Where it goes

The form posts to a function hosted by Vercel, which sends the contents to us as an email through Resend, a third-party email delivery service. The message then sits in our own email, which runs on Google Workspace. That is the whole path. Vercel and Resend process the message on our behalf in order to deliver it; neither uses it for anything else.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. We see aggregate counts, not individuals.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is useful, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless you have become a counterparty and we need to keep records for legal or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your message sooner at any time.

Your choices

Write to contact@stillvelocity.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask for one. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or California, you have these rights by law; we extend the same treatment to everyone.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top. We will not quietly start doing something this notice says we do not do.
